Enjoyed their family room after a long day out
We got a great room at a great price which provided a kitchenette, washer/dryer, sofa for our family of 4. Great value for money.
Washer dryer meant no going down to common laundry facility of the hotel saving time & stress of going up/down. However, dryer wasn't strong enough, hence, next morning needed to rush damp clothes into dryer on ground floor for final dry off

It was an excellent location. The property was newer.
There was hair in the sink drain and a strong sewer smell in the room.

Good
A typical low-end business hotel. The laundry facilities were useful and reasonably priced. It's located fairly near the main shopping arcades in Takamatsu, lots of eating options nearby and the train station and the port are a shortish walk.
For a hotel named "Ekimae" (in front of the station), it wasn't as near the station as it could be. The reception isn't manned in the morning, though you can call them over and I suppose you get what you pay for.

Good
The rooms are nice and it is quiet but they need a deep cleaning.
I could see different areas which have not been cleaned well like the fridge, mirror, there was some plastic from the previous visitor in the bathroom. More attention to detail would make the stay feel much better.
