What was the highlight of HOTEL LiVEMAX Takamatsu Eki Mae
Did the job, just don't call them!
Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the station and the harbour. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Everyday cleaning was possible. The mattress was very comfortable. Windows could be opened in our room. A 5-minute walk from the most lovely French cafe that was perfect for breakfast.
The only way to contact the property in advance is via phone call. Unfortunately, the staff member on the end of the phone line was rude and patronising. We had to call three times and each time was neutral at best and uncomfortable at worst. Only two pillows provided in the small double bedroom, which is a little tough for two people.

Not suitable for many day stay!!
Not too far from Takamatsu station.
The room was too small for 2 ppl. When we opened the luggage, the room was already empty and hard to walk through. The bed was too small for 2 ppl too, so we cannot sleep well. I lived here 5 days for working, but the room was never cleaned during my stay, also the towels were not be changed and the garbage was not cleared. I had to left them in front of the room or threw it in the bin outside the hotel everyday. The staff at front was not there all the time even it was in the daytime. They will be at front only during the check-in period. So, when I needed some helps, nobody's there to help me (the maids tried to help but they cannot speak English)

It was an excellent location. The property was newer.
There was hair in the sink drain and a strong sewer smell in the room.
